Production and warehouse facility and office block!
We built this production and warehouse facility and office block as the General Contractor for ELPES, a manufacturer of tubes and other packaging containers for cosmetics.
We implemented amended building plans and adapted the building for intensive use as a production facility, combined with an aesthetic reception area for visitors.
