WE GOT IT!
Exactly one year after commencement of construction, we, as a general contractor, obtained the occupancy permit for the production shed and office building in the premises of the Stalgast Logistics Centre located in Radom, Poland.
This 8,000 m2 development passed all the required inspections by Sanepid (the Polish institute for hygiene), Fire Department and PINB (building control office), and thus there can be no doubt that it satisfies all the regulatory sanitary and fire requirements.
