Exactly one year after commencement of construction, we, as a general contractor, obtained the occupancy permit for the production shed and office building in the premises of the Stalgast Logistics Centre located in Radom, Poland.
This 8,000 m2 development passed all the required inspections by Sanepid (the Polish institute for hygiene), Fire Department and PINB (building control office), and thus there can be no doubt that it satisfies all the regulatory sanitary and fire requirements.

We obtained a planning approval to construct a warehouse building for EXACT, a company dealing in high quality advertising systems, based on the submitted plans covering all the works, prepared construction plans and started construction as the general contractor.

The industrial shed and the office block located in the municipality of Kałuszyn in the Mazowieckie province of Poland were built for Novmax Sp. z o.o. Sp.k.
The scope of the General Contractor's services included construction of a building consisting of production and warehouse areas, an office block, 54 parking spaces complete with circulation roads, septic tank, bin shelter, electrical service line, storm drainage, exterior lighting and a guard house!
